The election official reportedly stated that Biden’s “superstructure” will focus on fighting against election deniers and “Team Trump” thoroughly. They will focus on “all fronts and let them have it from all sides.”
According to the official, this will take place “if MAGA wants to tear down our democracy.”
Draft Pleadings And Legal Motions Are Already Written, Report Claims
Multiple reports have claimed that President Biden and his team have even prepared the necessary documentation in advance. For instance, according to two Biden campaign officials and other sources have claimed that legal motions and draft pleadings have already been written.
Team Biden is reportedly in contact with a collection of local law firms and outside counsels throughout such swing states as Arizona, George, and Pennsylvania as well.
Legal Teams In Swing States Retained For On-Ground Monitoring
One report claims that there are various legal teams within those swing states that have already been retained by the Biden administration. These teams are set to actively monitor exactly what takes place “on the ground” throughout the campaign season leading up to the election.
This includes the activism of various election-denying Trump allies and their supporters. “Team Biden” is reportedly in regular contact with these firms and legal teams.
Biden Has A ‘Comically-Long’ List Of Nightmare Scenarios, Report Claims
President Biden reportedly has a list of nightmare scenarios that he is holding closely. Each of the scenarios included are based on the possibility of Democratic legal teams needing to battle Republican counterparts before, during and/or after the upcoming election.
One source with inside knowledge of the matter claims that the list has become “comically long.” A primary key concern that is focused on within the list is how to respond if another January 6-style power move is made either by Donald Trump or other leading Republicans.

A Democratic National Committee spokesperson told Rolling Stone that the party has reserved “tens of millions of dollars in a robust voter protection program.” The objective of the program is to “safeguard the rights of voters.”
The purpose is to make sure that the voices of voters are “heard against relentless attacks from Donald Trump and the GOP.”

The DNC spokesperson also told Rolling Stone that they will not allow Republicans to “get away with these baseless attacks on our democracy.” He noted that the Trump campaign along with the RNC “have invested in an army of conspiratorial, election-denying legal staff.”
The spokesperson explained that the legal staff has been brought onboard by the RNC “to undermine our elections and make it harder for Americans’ ballots to be counted.”

One report claims that Cleta Mitchell may play an integral role in the 2024 election challenge process on behalf of Donald Trump. Mitchell was reportedly on the January 2021 call when Donald Trump pressured Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
Trump has also referred to Mitchell as being “very important” to his election plans. One Trump attorney even described her as being “too militant, even for me” in an interview with Rolling Stone.
Cleta Mitchell Issued Warning About Noncitizen Voting, Accused Biden Administration
Mitchell reportedly circulated a two-page memo that apparently focused on the “threat of non-citizen voting in 2024,” according to NPR. This feeds into the belief that undocumented immigrants play a major role in federal elections.
Mitchell expressed her belief that the efforts are “intentional.” She further explained that it is a reason why the “Biden administration is allowing all these illegals to flood the country.”
Conservative Group Deputy Director Expresses Need To Watch The Mail
Ned Jones, a deputy director that works with the Election Integrity Network, confirmed that the group is “watching the election process.” In addition, he admitted that they had “not watched the mail and we have to start doing that.”
Jones went to say that “what we want to do is become the monitors of the Postal Service.”
Trump Wants More States To Stop Using ERIC Data For Voting Purposes
Trump and his supporters reportedly have worked with various states that use data provided by what is referred to as “ERIC” (Electronic Registration Information Center). This center was designed to identify unregistered voters in addition to detecting irregularities.
One report claims that 33 Republican and Democratic states use ERIC. However, nine states led by the GOP have apparently left the data behind in the last two years.

Donald Trump used his social media platform, Truth Social, in March 2023 to promote his idea that ERIC should be eliminated from consideration. He stated in his post that Republican governors should “immediately pull out of ERIC.”
Trump further described ERIC as a “terrible voter registration system that ‘pumps the rolls’ for Democrats and does nothing to clean them up.”

David Becker, an ERIC co-founder, noted that inaccurate voter lists would present a “bigger potential damage” that mail-in voting issues and overall delays. He explained that the “election losers” would essentially have “more time and more space to create false narratives about an election being stolen.”
Becker is reportedly a left-leaning election law advocate. He organized the creation of the ERIC during his time working at Pew Charitable Trusts.
